Abstract

PT Daimatu Industry Indonesia is a footwear manufacturing company in Indonesia. In the production process of Heal Me ZYGFHM-471 sandals, problems were found related to bondgap insole (upper) and midsole. The purpose of this Final assignment is to provide solutions related to these problems. The data collection methods used are observation, interview, documentation, and library study. In analyzing the data, the author used a cause and effect diagram. At the problem solving stage, the author uses a problem-solving flowchart. The results showed the causative factors of the problem, namely engine factors and material factors. the solutions proposed to overcome the problem of bondgap insole and midsole are by making regular engine maintenance schedules and improving the old Standard Operating Procedures with new Operating Standards that are easily understood by new and old employees.
